V&W 1 Year Limited Warranty on All Watches

If the watch exhibits a defect through normal use, V&W will at its option, either regulate, adjust, repair or replace the movement, as necessary within a reasonable time after the watch is returned during the 12 month warranty period: (a) if in person to the nearest Service Center or (b) by insured mail or other insured carrier to the U.S. Service Center: 4750 Lincoln Blvd., Ste. 409, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292.

All transportation costs (including, but not limited to, postage, insurance and packing materials) incurred in presenting or sending the watch to the Service Center are the responsibility of the party presenting or sending the timepiece for service. If sending the watch, do not include any packaging you wish returned as all shipping materials are discarded upon receipt.

WHAT THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

(a) Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
(b) Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with the watch.
(c) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear or accident.
(d) Moisture damage to the watch.
(e) Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the watch by anyone other than the Service Center.

Please send in your watch under warranty, and we will be happy to take care of it for you!
