Valentine&Wisse is Offering Free Returns. 

If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know we will try to fix the issue. Here are V&W our main priority is our customer's satisfaction.
You may return your item for REFUND, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 14 days after the order delivery date and must meet the following requirements:
  • Merchandise must be unworn.
  • Merchandise must have the original packaging.
In order to start a return simply email us at -

  1. Include the returning item in the original packing box.
  2. Cover any existing shipping labels.
  3. Mail your return to:

5.  Once your return is received, the refund will be issued to your original payment account within 3-5 business days.

6. All sale items are FINAL SALE!  We only accept returns from sale items that may exhibit manufacturer defects.

 *Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed FREE of charge.
